Toby Jennings is originally from Detroit, MI where he practiced architecture and then automotive engineering. God used the artfulness and precision of these former vocations to prepare Toby for the artfulness and precision of his current joy of being a professor of Christian Theology. Having completed a Master of Divinity and a PhD in Systematic Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, he relocated to Phoenix in 2016 to answer God’s call to teach theology to hungry souls in the valley. Toby has joyfully engaged our Lord's Great Commission to make Christ known in Russia, Africa, India and other parts of Southeast Asia, and, of course, the United States. Toby’s soul is perennially nourished by the hundredfold blessing of communal life with all the image bearers of his Father with whom he will spend eternity.
