Dear Church Family,

As we close out another year, it's a fitting time for reflection—both on where we've been and where God is leading us. This year, our journey through the book of Revelation has provided a powerful lens through which to view the Christmas story, revealing its deep significance in God's plan of redemption.

Revelation reminds us that the birth of Christ was not just a peaceful event but a decisive moment in a cosmic battle. In chapter 12, we see a vivid picture of a dragon seeking to devour the newborn King, while God’s people—the woman—endure pain and opposition, yet find refuge and protection in God’s care.

In many ways, this past year has reflected that same tension. We’ve faced challenges, uncertainties, and moments where we may have felt the weight of the dragon's attacks. Yet through it all, we have also witnessed God's steadfast faithfulness.

We sent out the Fields family to serve at a new church plant, trusting God to meet our needs—and He has. We've experienced growth, joy, and a deepening sense of community. We've seen God's grace at work, not only in individual lives but also in the collective life of our church.

While much of God's fruit cannot be measured by number, the report below offers a glimpse of the tangible ways He has been at work among us this year. It stands as a testimony to His goodness, a reason for thanksgiving, and a call to continued prayer and faithfulness.

Just as the woman in Revelation 12 finds refuge in the wilderness, we too find our security in the knowledge that Christ has overcome. He has ascended to the throne, and His victory is now our victory.

As we step into the new year, may we hold fast to this hope. The dragon may rage, but he cannot prevail. Christ reigns, and we are called to reflect His light—growing in faith, loving one another, and serving our community in His name.

May the blessings of the Lord rest upon you and your families throughout the coming year.

With gratitude and hope,
Pastor Mal
