Dear Trinity Family,

As we approach the season of gratitude and reflection, we are once again reminded of the countless blessings that God has bestowed upon us. For decades, Trinity Bible Church has celebrated these blessings through our special Harvest Offering, a tradition that embodies our gratitude and recognizes God's extravagant generosity.

To those who are newer to our church family, the Harvest Offering is a unique contribution we make in addition to our regular giving. This is our way of expressing profound thanks for God’s gracious provision in our lives. Traditionally, we divide this offering between meeting internal needs of our church and supporting vital missions outside our walls.

Harvest Offering allocations in recent years:

  • 2018: We provided essential items for children at Rancho 3M, a gospel-centered orphanage in Mexico, supported Choices Pregnancy Center, and renovated our Worship Center Lobby.
  • 2019: We aided members in their mission to train pastors in Guatemala and repaired our Worship Center’s roof.
  • 2020: We honored retiring missionary Dale Armstrong and upgraded the Worship Center stage.
  • 2021: We assisted Christian Afghan refugees in the U.S. and revamped the Children's playground.
  • 2022: We supported Chinese Christians with trustworthy biblical resources amidst tightening restrictions and renovated the restrooms in our Worship Center for better hospitality.

This year, the elders have prayerfully decided to allocate the Harvest Offering to two significant projects:

Indian Bible College Scholarship Fund

Located in Flagstaff, Indian Bible College exists to disciple and educate indigenous Native Christians for lifetimes of biblical ministry and spiritual leadership to their people and the world. IBC provides the necessary training for accurate interpretation of God's Word so that students develop a Biblical worldview through faithful education and mentoring. We plan to give to their scholarship fund, which supports students who otherwise would not be able to afford tuition.

Acoustic Panel Treatment for the Worship Center

Recognizing the importance of clarity and quality in our worship and communication, we plan to invest in acoustic panel treatments for the Worship Center. This enhancement will help control echo and reverberation in our space, significantly improving the clarity and intelligibility of the spoken word and music during our services and events.

We will start collecting our annual Harvest Offering on Sunday, November 19th during the service and you are welcome to continue giving through the end of the year.

As we come together for this special offering, let’s prayerfully consider how we can contribute. May our generosity reflect our gratitude and commitment to God’s work, both within our church and around the world. We pray that these efforts will not only equip the saints for ministry but also multiply our impact in Making Disciple-Making Disciples.
